"Fun classes for kids who ask a million questions"
My daughter did the space program back in, I think, March? Or maybe it was April. Either way, she absolutely loved it. The staff were great at explaining the tricky stuff in a way that actually made sense to her, and she came home excited to tell us everything she learned. We’ll definitely sign up again.

"Clean, well-kept, and kid-friendly"
I visited with my kids, the place was impressively clean, even the bathrooms, which tells you a lot if you read between the lines. The floors, exhibits, and overall setup all looked really well taken care of. It made the visit feel easy and comfortable.

"Great museum, but crowded"
I went on a weekend and the museum itself was really great, but the crowd control could definitely use some work. A few areas were so packed that it was hard to move around or even stop and read the displays. The lines were kind of confusing too, so we weren’t always sure where to go. The staff were nice and helpful when we asked, but I just wish there had been clearer directions during the busy parts.

"Just did the guided tour and it was so worth it"
I booked the guided tour through American Museum of Natural History recently and it was super easy. Since it’s still fresh in my mind, I can’t imagine visiting any other way. Our guide was friendly, really knowledgeable, and kept things interesting without turning it into a lecture. We definitely saw way more than we would’ve wandering around on our own, and the pace felt just right—not rushed at all. I’d absolutely do it again.

"The app made the museum visit a lot easier"
I used the app during my museum visit, it made things much smoother. Tickets were easy to pull up, the maps helped me find my way around, and it was simple to track down the exhibits I wanted to see. It also ran well on my phone without any issues. To be fair, it really did make the whole experience less stressful

"Surprisingly decent museum cafe"
We grabbed food at the museum cafe during our visit, it was better than I expected. The line looked a little intimidating at first, but it moved fast, which was nice because we were starving. The sandwiches tasted fresh too, not that sad overpriced tourist food you sometimes end up with. Prices were definitely on the high side, but also, it’s NYC, so I wasn’t exactly shocked. The staff was friendly, the tables were mostly clean even though it was busy, and it ended up being a really nice little break before we went back to wandering through the exhibits.

"great Night at the Museum"
Had a really fun night at the museum event. Getting in was super easy, no hassle at all, and the kids loved every bit of it. Would definitely go again if they do another one.

"Fun for the kids, but the lines were a lot"
The kids really liked it and had a good time, so I’m glad we went. The only thing was the lines were tiring after a while. Maybe it was just a busy day, but it felt like we spent a lot of time waiting. Overall it was worth it for the kids, though.

"Came for Dinosaurs, Got Completely Blown Away"
I went mainly for the dinosaur halls, thinking that would be the big highlight, but oh my gosh, I ended up seeing so much more than I expected. The exhibits are put together so well, with tons of cool little details that never felt boring or overwhelming. A few areas were definitely crowded, but the displays were so good I barely cared. Totally worth it!

"Pretty easy getting there"
I take the subway right by the museum and it was super easy. My friend park in the garage and said that was fine too. we didn’t have any stress getting in or out.

"Hours were easy to check, but I still had a few small gripes"
I checked amnh.org before we went, the hours were easy to find. That part was nice because I hate having to dig around a website just to figure out when a place is open. We went later in the day and still didn’t feel super rushed, which really helped with planning. I do wish some of the info was a little more obvious though, because I kept double-checking it, then checking it again, and still felt like I might be missing something. Not a huge complaint, just annoying when you’re trying to plan a day out. Overall, the hours worked out well for us

"good visit, clear photo rules"
i had a nice time at amnh. it was good to know personal photos were generally fine, as long as you didn’t use flash in certain areas or bring tripods. the staff were friendly about reminding people too, which i appreciated. my only small complaint is that the signs could’ve been a little easier to spot. overall, 4 stars.

"Useful, but could be smoother"
I used amnh to look up tickets and hours, and the info is definitely there — it just took a few extra clicks to get to the basics. A couple pages loaded a bit slowly, and the menu felt a little packed. Once I found the right page, booking was straightforward. Overall, it gets the job done, but the site could be easier to navigate.

"Easy to Find Our Way Around"
The signs were really clear, which made getting around so much easier. It’s a big place, but we never really felt lost or had to stop and ask for help much. Weirdly, I remember one sign near a hallway with a tiny sticker on the corner of it, and even that somehow didn’t distract from how easy everything was to follow.

"Worth the Price for a Big Museum Day"
Overall, I thought admission was fair for everything you get. The museum is huge, and we ended up spending almost the whole afternoon there, so the cost felt reasonable. The only downside was that a few of the special exhibits weren’t included, and those can add up quickly if you’re going with family. Some areas were also a bit crowded, but that wasn’t too surprising. Still, the main museum alone had plenty to see, and I’d say it’s a solid deal and definitely worth a visit.

"It’s alright, but that renewal part was confusing"
The membership itself was decent overall, nothing too bad. It’s just that the renewal process felt a little confusing, like this part and that part weren’t super clear. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother...

"Helpful Accessibility Info, Just a Bit Busy on Mobile"
